We're Zoheb and Paige, and we run VirVan Living.

VirVan Living offers furnished apartments for family trips, work travel, relocation and extended stays. We've been hosting guests since 2024. We look after guest communication, cleaning and maintenance with our own in-house team, so the people you talk to are the people who look after the apartments.

Today that means 4 apartments across 2 buildings in Jersey City, Hudson House and 420 Grand. We'd like it to be more, which is the other half of what we do.

For guests

  • You talk to us. Questions before you book and messages during your stay come straight to our team.
  • The full price, up front. The total price for your dates, including cleaning and taxes, is shown before you pay, and the house rules and cancellation terms are shown before you book.
  • Apartments we look after ourselves. Our own team cleans between stays and handles maintenance.

For property partners

  • We lease units. We rent apartments from property owners, building operators and property-management companies, often several at a time, and we're the tenant.
  • We care for them in-house. The same team that looks after our guests handles cleaning and maintenance.
  • You deal with us directly. Conversations are with Zoheb and Paige, and we coordinate with your building team.
