We're Zoheb and Paige, and we run VirVan Living. We work with property owners, building operators and property-management companies: we lease one apartment or several, pay the rent as the tenant, furnish them, and host guests on furnished stays, with our own team for cleaning and maintenance.

How the arrangement works
We sign a long-term lease as the tenant and pay the rent. We furnish the apartment and host guests in it, on stays from a few nights to several months, for families, groups and people in town for work.
You have one tenant and one relationship, whether it is a single apartment or a number of units in the same building, with the rent paid on time every month.
What suits us
Apartments suited to furnished stays, in buildings that permit them. Today our guests stay in Jersey City, at Hudson House and 420 Grand.
How we look after it
Property care
Our in-house team cleans between every stay and handles day-to-day maintenance, so the people looking after the apartment are the people who know it.
Communication
You deal with us directly. Questions about the apartment, the lease or the building come to the people who run the company.
Building coordination
We work within each building's rules and coordinate with its management team on anything that involves the building.
