What we hold, and why.
VirVan Living is run by Zoheb and Paige. We collect what we need to answer you and host you, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or a booking request we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you type into the form, along with the dates and loft you selected.
When you pay, the card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep the booking reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.
Why we hold it
To answer you, to hold the dates, to take payment, and to keep a record of the stay. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers our email. Hostaway is our property management system and holds the reservation. Vercel hosts the site. Each of them sees only what it needs to do that job.
Analytics
On www.virvanliving.com we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and how many date searches are made. It uses cookies. We don't send it your name, email address, phone number, messages or payment details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are still talking and for a year afterwards. Booking records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Send the request through the contact form.
